- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, conduct competitor analysis.
- Work with the team of product management to form and prioritize product backlog.
- Develop product requirements specifications in a timely, high-quality manner.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams and other cross-functional teams to develop and deliver products that result in improved user acquisition, retention,engagement, and user satisfaction.
- Define product success metrics and drive data analysis for product iterations. Requirements:
- Mature Product Manager for SaaS products, 5+ years of product management experience in mobile and web user interface products, familiar with Agile/Scrum development process.
- You're comfortable discussing technical capabilities, APIs, and limitation trade-offs with engineering teams.
- Fluent English as a working language. Excellent communication and collaboration skills;you can bridge product, design and engineering to build aligned solutions.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills—you can think big but also sweat and hands on the details.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and be ready to learn something new on daily basis.
- A passion for build products with excellence user experience, and a curiosity about how humans interact with intelligent systems, with spirit of experiment, familiar with and have hands-on experience with AI-powered tools or have built AI agents.
