Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell has a strong Sales and Marketing team who accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans and managing staff aligned with the corporate strategy for mutual success of the company and customers

What You Can Expect

  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to establish strategies to increase design wins, revenue and market share within territory product families and deliver on company goals
  • Actively participate in client interaction; assist in negotiation and closing major deals when needed
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market competitors, knowledge, and trends, including evolving technologies, client needs, expectations and opportunities, shifts in the competitive landscape, operational efficiencies, and opportunities and competitive challenges
  • Deliver product feedback to business unit leaders to ensure the voice of the customer is recognized
  • Well know China cloud market and its trend, be able to analyze company products' market TAM/SAM and potentials, align with BU head in regular base
  • Manage key cloud customers in China. Be responsible for creating sales strategy, selling Marvell's products and solutions of switch chips, optical DSP chips, DPU processor chips and storage chips, as one-stop shop vendor
  • Maintain relationship to key cloud customers. Explore opportunities in data center. Collaborate with OEM team to achieve design win.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Business MBA
  • 10+ years semiconductor sales experience with a consistent and demonstrated track record exceeding quota and excelling in highly competitive networking markets.
  • Experience in chip development cycle from chip architecture definition to product tape out and manufacturing
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong ability to forecast revenue and predict market trends
  • Experience interacting with Business Units / Sales / Sales Operations
  • Good in English writing, speaking, presenting and negotiating
  • Resourceful and responsive to change – thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong team player having teamwork spirit with peer sales team, BU colleagues etc.
