Role Purpose & Accountabilities:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic talent to drive our digital ecosystem/social media growth in China. The ideal candidate will be a visionary professional who can transform our user engagement strategy from 0-1, bridging product thinking with operational excellence.

The role demands a data-driven approach to building a comprehensive growth engine across multiple digital touchpoints, including WeChat communities, live streaming, and e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for defining user personas, mapping comprehensive user journeys, and implementing strategies that seamlessly convert users across 2C and 2B channels.

Your expertise will involve managing cross-functional initiatives, monitoring critical performance metrics, and continuously optimizing our digital products and processes. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of digital ecosystem dynamics in China.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:


• English B2 (Aptis, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)


• Chinese C1 (HSK 5 or equivalent)


• Graduated with relevant certification


• Bachelor's degree at least


• User-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with users, understand behavioral triggers, and design user journeys accordingly


• Project Management: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with clarity, timelines, and accountability


• Data Literacy: Comfortable interpreting dashboards, extracting insights, and using data to drive decisions


• Growth Ecosystem development skills


• Cross team management skills

Desirable:


• Experience in user operations, growth, or product roles, preferably in education, content, or SaaS sectors


• Strong familiarity with the WeChat ecosystem: Wechat community and mini-programs, livestream, and CRM


• Experience in managing projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and post-analysis


• Proven experience building a full private domain operations system from 0 to 1, including strategy design, tool stack configuration, team collaboration, and measurable business impact


• Background in major Chinese Internet companies, with exposure to high-velocity growth environments, standardized growth playbooks, or complex user segmentation tools
