岗位职责 (Responsibilities)

负责核心后端服务的设计、开发与优化,确保系统高并发与高可用性。

Design, develop, and optimize core backend services with high concurrency and availability.

参与支付、金融产品相关系统的架构设计与落地。

Contribute to architecture design and implementation for payment and financial products.

优化服务性能,提升系统稳定性与可扩展性。

Improve service performance, stability, and scalability.

与产品、合规、风控、前端团队协作,推动业务需求快速上线。

Collaborate with product, compliance, risk, and frontend teams to deliver business requirements.

编写高质量代码与技术文档,参与代码评审和技术培训。

Write high-quality code and documentation, and participate in code reviews and mentoring.

任职资格 (Qualifications)

本科及以上学历,计算机、软件工程或相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

5 年以上后端开发经验,精通 Go 语言及其生态。

5+ years backend development experience, with strong expertise in Go and its ecosystem.

熟悉微服务架构、分布式系统、消息队列、缓存和数据库设计。

Solid knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, message queues, caching, and databases.

有金融产品或支付产品开发经验优先。

Experience in financial products or payment systems is a strong plus.

熟悉云原生环境(Docker、Kubernetes 等)与 DevOps 流程。

Familiarity with cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps workflows.

熟悉高并发、低延迟系统设计与性能调优。

Experience in high-concurrency, low-latency system design and performance tuning.

良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
