该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1.作为(m/f/d)的开发人员,负责产品组件的设计、优化,以及算法设计 As a Development Design Engineer(m/f/d), be responsible for the design and optimization of components as well as the computational design. 2.提出创新性的概念 Development of new and innovative concepts. 3.与全球供应商和研发伙伴合作制定产品的技术规范 Coordination of technical specifications with our worldwide suppliers and development partners. 4.与跨学科研发团队协作 Collaboration in interdisciplinary development teams. 5.从各渠道了解客户需求,成功融入到我们的产品中,定期与客户交流 In order to understand the needs of our customers from the Market and to implement them into our products in the best possible way, regular direct contact with our customers is a must. 6.3D和2D设计 3D and 2D Design. 7.技术物料清单准备和释放 Technical BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation and release. 任职要求: 1.机械/机电/设计工程师、工业设计师或3年以上产品设计经验 Mechanical/Mechatronic/Design Engineers, Industrial Designers or more than 3 Years Product Designer Experience are prepared for these tasks. 2.具备产品系列的开发和实施经验 Knowledge in Development and Construction of Series Products. 3.具备齿轮箱传动及设计方面的知识 Knowledge in gearboxes transmission and design. 4.具备塑料技术和公差领域方面的知识 Knowledge in plastic components design and tolerances. 5.对新产品开发及设计具备高度热情 Have Passion for New Products Development and New Design Concepts. 6.有3D设计经验或知识(具备NX/CATIA V5/Pro-E/Fusion 360/Creo经验优先) 3D Design Experience or Knowledge (NX/CATIA V5/Pro-E/Fusion 360/Creo is preferred). 7.良好的沟通能力、以目标为导向的,以及较强的适应能力 Have a good communication, goal-oriented approach and flexibility skills. 8.工作独立自主,并善于系统性思考 Be able to work independently and with systematic thinking. 9.高度进取心和团队合作精神 High motivated and team spirit work is a must. 10.良好的英文听说读写能力 Intermediate written and spoken English skills are required.
