JOB CONTENTS:
- Based on market and customer needs, and the frontier technologies in China aquaculture, develop and continuously upgrade new products and formulae.
- Responsible for performance tests and animal tests of new products and relevant research and testing collaboration management for China aquaculture.
- Interface with global aquaculture R&I and technical centers, and drive localization of overseas frontier research.
- Provide back-office and research-based supports to complex problems among pro-, on- and post-sales scenarios during initial promotion periods after product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, cost and quality control, to ensure that all products meet standards.
- Ensure essential and sufficient key accounts visits and contacts, as well as field work on aquaculture farms, and so forth keep the up-to-date insights and understanding of customers and the feed industry.
- Support R&I on IP management and talent development within professional domain.

ADISSEO VALUES BASED COMPETENCIES :
- Doctor or above degree is preferred, major in of aquaculture domains: microbiology, aquaculture farming, aquaculture disease and physiology, fishing resources or relevant disciplines
- PhD with >3yr experience
- Master, if very intensive and relevant experiences
- Candidates will be preferred if with R&D and technical experiences in leading aquaculture health enterprises
- Strong knowledge of aquaculture domains: microbiology, aquaculture farming, aquaculture disease and physiology, fishing resources or relevant disciplines in biological or environmental sciences
- Working-level reading, written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for aqua feed additives
- Familiarity with laboratory safety and quality control procedures
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize work accordingly
