Role Overview

We are seeking a
Business Analyst (Chinese Speaker)
to join our dynamic team in
Thailand
, supporting business growth and strategic initiatives across the
APAC region
. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep business acumen in financial services, and fluency in both
English and Mandarin Chinese
to collaborate effectively across borders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze key business metrics, sales performance, and client behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Support the development of business strategies, pricing models, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.

Cross-Border Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a liaison between
    Chinese-speaking stakeholders
    and
    Thailand/APAC teams
    .
  • Support Chinese partners, IBs, and clients by delivering business performance reports and updates.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across regions and functions.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth research on
    forex, crypto, and multi-asset trading markets
    in APAC, with focus on Chinese-speaking segments.
  • Benchmark competitors to identify positioning opportunities and market gaps.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and business risks across Thailand and the APAC region.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Build and maintain interactive
    dashboards and reports
    using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable, data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to implement performance-enhancing initiatives.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics
    , or a related field.
  • 2–5 years
    of experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role — preferably in
    financial services, fintech, forex, or crypto
    industries.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in
    SQL, Excel
    , and
    BI tools
    (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Familiarity with
    trading platforms
    (MT4/MT5, cTrader) and financial instruments is an advantage.

Language Skills

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written)
    is required.
  • Strong command of English
    ; Thai language skills are an advantage.
