Where You'll Make a Difference
- The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify, map, and implement improvements across key workstreams: warehousing, air, marine, and road transportation.
- Engage and ideate with local sites to map the current state to translate the current processes into optimal solutions with a focus on value creation to deliver benefits for IFF
- Help translate business requirements, manage scope and complexity, drive testing sign-off, etc.
- Develop and implement business processes and systems that close gaps in current ways of working and deliver a higher level of service at a reduced cost
- Lead workstream projects and use project management skills to structure, describe, and present complex issues/solutions
- Work with technical teams to design and support a TMS solution
- Optimize warehouse footprint and implement digital and automated solutions
- Provide functional and technical perspectives to the core workstream
- Develop workflows, troubleshoot issues, and train super users/end users on updated business processes and system usage
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- At least 6 years' experience in Logistics related work
- Project management experience
- Proficient EDI & ERP knowledge
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Fluent business English communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders in a multi-functional environment
How Would You Stand Out?
- 5 years of experience leading complex SAP/TMS engagements/WMS implementations is preferred
- Experience with 3PL and 4PL providers
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
