As a part of CPE Value Wide regional leader, he is responsble for driving regional business together with partners to achieve his regional target, build a profitable, sustainable regional ecosystems.

  • Define regional sales strategy to achieve regional sales quota( CPE all protofolio).

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Manage & develop regional eco-system, build a healthy regional eco-system.
  • Define and execute the territory partners coverage and capacity plan.
  • Regular regional pipeline , opportunity management, deliver accurate regional forecast.
  • Leading partner for business transformation, from product selling to value selling.
  • Manage partners conflict, maintain regional partner fair environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or a technical field).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in partner or direct sales within software solutions
  • Proven track record in solution selling and platform-based value selling, with demonstrated ability to deliver successful business outcomes for customers.
  • Strong channel management skills, including experience in handling channel conflicts.
  • People management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Product background is flexible; industry knowledge and sales execution are prioritized.
