Your Contribution

  • Responsibility for managing key Railway OE customers in the Chinese and overseas markets.
  • Lead the initiative to develop new customers within the Railway OE.
  • Screen dedicated business opportunities suitable for MAHLE from all market.
  • Collaborate with the German sales team to systematically achieve acquisition targets.
  • Oversee and manage all sales-related activities specific to the Railway OE business.
  • Execute comprehensive customer relationship management.
  • Prepare quotations to address business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough review of contracts associated with Railway projects to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide support to the Sales Planning in the establishment of sales plans and forecasts, and collaborate FA to consolidate strategies and business plans (BP) for the Railway OE segment.
  • Assist Marketing in the collection, analysis and communication of market information, and monitor the company's competitors and their respective marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the formal process of claiming price increases and pursuing payment collection.
  • Conduct professional negotiations with customers in relation to their claims and disputes.
  • Implement systematic tracking of the profitability of all projects related to the Railway OE business.
  • Take charge of the collection process for AR arising.
  • Preferred professional competency to provide support to growing business segments, including NRMM, BUS, IA and NES.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Major in railway industry, working in this filed more than 10 years, familiar almost all aspects and have a deep insight into the trends;
  • Know the key factors to lead final success;
  • Long terms success oriented;
  • Organize all forces to achieve the target;
  • Engineering in Mechanical experience 5+ years
  • International company working experience 5+ years
  • NRMM, BUS, IA, NES experience is preferred
