*** ERP Change & Training Manager - 12 months + ext. OR permanent - Hybrid / Shanghai & Tianjin ***
RED now has a new opportunity for an ERP Change & Training Manager to join one of our key partners on an initial 12 months contract OR take on the role on a permanent basis (based on candidate preference). The total scope for the freelance role is 3 years+.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid with 2 days pr week remote and 3 days pr week on-site in either Shanghai or Tianjin (travel to both is required).
You will be joining a new SAP S/4HANA roll-out project and setting up both the training and change management strategy from scratch. Later on you will lead the change and training consultant team across all 7 IT/business streams.
Specific skills/experience required:
- 7+ years Change and Training management for ERP implementations/roll-outs.
- Experience designing both change and training strategies for ERP projects.
- Experience leading Change and/or training consultants.
- Business level English and be fluent in Mandarin.
- Able to join within 4 weeks.
