Overall Objective

To serve as a key extension of the Vice President in operational management and customer relations, providing efficient and precise support for the group's global plastic exterior parts business. The core responsibility is to ensure the operational performance of overseas plants aligns with the group's strategic objectives. Through proactive follow-up and coordination, drive efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects in overseas plants. Act as a key interface to maintain and deepen strategic relationships with key overseas customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, thereby enhancing the group's overall competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Overseas Plant Operations Support & Monitoring

  • Assist the President in monitoring key operational indicators of overseas plants, including production efficiency, quality pass rate, on-time delivery rate, and cost control.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data from overseas plants; submit regular operational reports to the President, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate the President's operational directives and decisions to overseas plants and track their execution.

2. Efficiency Improvement & Cost Reduction Project Management

  • Track the progress of specific improvement projects at overseas plants in areas such as lean manufacturing, automation, and VAVE.
  • Coordinate internal group resources (e.g., Technical, Quality, Purchasing departments) to support improvement projects at overseas plants.
  • Establish a project tracking mechanism, regularly reporting key project milestones, outcomes, and budget performance to the President to ensure project goals are met.

3. Overseas Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the President and key overseas core customers, maintaining and deepening strategic customer relationships.
  • Arrange and participate in high-level meetings between the President and overseas customers, prepare relevant commercial and technical materials, and be responsible for meeting minutes and follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct regular communication with overseas customers to gather feedback and understand their potential needs and future plans.

4. Customer Issue Coordination & Resolution

  • Initiate rapid response mechanisms for critical issues raised by overseas customers, such as major quality complaints or delivery delays.
  • Coordinate and drive internal cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Logistics, R&D) to investigate, analyze, and resolve issues, ensuring root causes are identified and corrected.
  • Provide timely updates on issue handling progress and results to the President and the customer, safeguarding the company's reputation.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the automotive parts industry. Experience related to
    overseas plant management, international customer management, or multinational project coordination is preferred
    .
  • Familiarity with automotive industry quality standards and lean manufacturing tools.

2. Knowledge & Skills

  • Industry Knowledge:
    Deep understanding of the automotive parts industry, especially the processes, market, and competitive landscape of plastic exterior parts.
  • Project Management:
    Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and driving results. Possession of PMP or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    Outstanding communication, coordination, and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English, effectively acting as a bridge between internal and external teams from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Data Analysis:
    Proficiency in analyzing operational and financial data to derive management insights.
  • Language Skills:
    Proficiency in English as a working language
    (fluent spoken, proficient written). Knowledge of other foreign languages (e.g., German, Japanese) is a plus.
