We are looking for a C&B Analyst to join the Regional Compensation & Benefits Team in the LVMH Group in North Asia.
The incumbent will have a strong focus on internal and external data analysis, benchmarking and providing professional advice on market practices, tools and processes to the HR community in North Asia.
Supporting the Team and the Group Brands as an internal consultant for the Group Brands, the incumbent will be in close and regular contact with dedicated Brand HR teams at local and regional levels.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist with data collection and completion of various external compensation surveys and customized benchmarking analysis.
- Responsible for day-to-day compensation reporting and analysis. Update salary database and compensation mappings.
- Participate in the preparation and management of the year-end compensation review process.
- Participate in pooled health insurance's renewal discussions, in current benefits' performance assessment, and in health program administration. Assist with implementation of new benefits programs in different markets.
- Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and preventive healthcare measures.
- Assist department with on-going and/or special projects.
- Build and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with HR consulting companies and other C&B professionals and data providers
Key Requirements & Competencies:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Statistics/Mathematics or related disciplines
- Prior C&B, International Mobility or HR Analytics experience
- Excellent computer skills (Excel and Power BI)
- Must be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail as well as the ability to establish priorities, work under deadlines and take initiative.
- Capable of interacting effectively in a multi-site, multi-lingual and multi-cultural work environment. Teamwork skills required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Discretion in handling sensitive and highly confidential information
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus)
- Exposure to retail / luxury industry is a plus
