Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责
- Sales Support and Client Management / 销售支持与客户管理
- Achieve the indivual sales target; assist in developing and managing client relationships across Beijing and other major north China cities.
- Support sales presentations;project introductions;and negotiations with international property buyers and investors.
- Track and manage the client pipeline through CRM systems;ensuring timely follow-ups.
- 完成个人销售业绩指标,协助拓展和维护北京及中国主要城市的客户关系。
- 支持销售演示、项目介绍及与国际房产买家和投资者的洽谈。
- 使用CRM系统跟进客户进程,确保及时反馈与跟进。
- Business Development / 业务拓展
- Identify new business opportunities in north China market;particularly targeting HNWIs;family offices;and institutional investors.
- Assist in developing cross-border business channels with JLL offices in the UK;UAE;Japan;and Australia.
- Conduct preliminary market research and competitor analysis to support expansion strategies.
- 发掘华北区新的业务机会,重点面向高净值客户、家族办公室及机构投资者。
- 协助与英国、阿联酋、日本及澳洲JLL办公室开展跨境业务合作。
- 开展市场调研与竞争分析,支持业务拓展战略。
- Marketing and Event Coordination / 市场与活动协调
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns;events;and digital promotions targeting Chinese buyers.
- Support the organization of client seminars;exhibitions;and VIP events.
- Prepare bilingual marketing materials and proposals for clients and partners.
- 与市场团队紧密合作,推动针对中国买家的市场宣传、活动及数字推广。
- 协助组织客户研讨会、展会及高端客户活动。
- 准备中英文市场宣传资料及客户提案。
- Internal Coordination / 内部协作
- Liaise with JLL's overseas residential teams to align sales strategies and share client resources.
- Assist in reporting and preparing internal sales performance updates for management.
