We are seeking an innovative and results-driven
Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events
to lead the food and beverage excellence at
Niccolo Changsha
. This pivotal role demands a visionary leader who can craft unforgettable guest experiences while driving operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct & oversee all aspects of the Niccolo Changsha's food and beverage planning and service.
- Develop menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef that are creative, seasonal, and cost-effective.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet or exceed standards set by the hotel and group.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee special events.
- Identify marketing opportunities to promote food and beverage products.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Monitor the quality of customer service to ensure that all staff members are providing excellent service to guests.
- Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the function area of responsibility.
- Capable to resolve escalated issues from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 Years' management experience in international hotels or High-end Establishments.
Experience
- A strong understanding of the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability.
- Ability to motivate the RB&E team to go beyond the targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
