- Effectively delegate specific tasks based on Brief requirements.
- Assist in the co-ordination, writing and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. creative, production, third party specialists etc.
- Achieve worthwhile output from brainstorms.
- Co-ordinate creative and project management aspects of Agency's response to client brief.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each process involved in a project and execute actions required when they arise.
- Ensure that all materials get to markets on time and in the most cost efficient way
- Maintain a close and effective client relationship Requirement:
- 4~6 years of account management experience in agency or related field
- Strong aptitude for building "partner" relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong account management, analytical, problem solving skills and sound financial management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation in both Chinese and English abilities
- Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworker industry sources and clients
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Work on Auto category is a big plus but not mandatory.
