该职位来源于猎聘 Main responsibilities: 1. to provide technical support for automation of the production line, quickly diagnose and resolve complex failures of robots, PLCs, and related control systems;
- to design or retrofit efficient automation equipment and systems for existing and new production line projects;
- to lead or actively participate in projects for automation upgrades, line modifications, and new equipment introductions, ensuring delivery on time; 4. Promote continuous improvement of automation, vision, and robotic systems to reduce downtime and increase production efficiency;
- Support preventive maintenance plans, analyze and recommend necessary spare parts lists and service frequencies to the maintenance team for automation maintenance in our factories; Competence Requirements: 1) Bachelor degree or above , Major in Mechanical, electrical engineering, automation or equivalent ; 2) More than 5 years experience in automation system designing, programming and repairing automation, vision and robot systems;Experience in automation production line transformation is preferred. 3)Experience in multinational company in Machine Manufacturing Company, basic knowledge of automotive parts MFG industry would be an advantage; 4) Good knowledge & skills of PLC/HMI (Siemens/ABB ),
Robot arm/ Vision system such as OMRON Adept, COGNEX, STAEUBLI, FAUNC, etc; 5) Fluent in Written/oral English.
