We are seeking a Director, Product Management to lead our Cross-Border Seller Product & Enablement charter, focused on enabling China-based sellers to succeed in Korea. This leader will own the vision, strategy, and execution for cross-border seller products, including listings enablement, catalog automation, growth recommendations, and seller education. A critical deliverable will be building and scaling the "This-Will-Sell" product recommendation engine, helping CN sellers identify the right products, prices, and go-to-market strategies for Korea and Taiwan.

This role is highly strategic and cross-functional, requiring deep collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Infrastructure & Financial Services, Brand & Seller Services, and Seller Experience & Design. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product leader with experience in e-commerce, cross-border trade, and marketplace ecosystems, capable of balancing long-term strategy with hands-on product delivery. You will shape the roadmap, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact on seller adoption, catalog coverage, and GMV growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for CN sellers expanding into Korea, including:
  • Listings Enablement & Catalog Automation: Automate CN→KR catalog creation, attribute translation, enrichment, and error reduction.
  • Product Recommendations: Build data-driven tools that guide CN sellers on what to sell, at what price, and how to succeed.
  • Growth Recommendations & Opportunity Hub: Deliver CN-specific insights on pricing, inbound planning, and selection opportunities.
  • Seller Education & Onboarding: Design localized education modules and onboarding flows to reduce friction and accelerate adoption.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Science, UX, Policy, and Operations to launch scalable, automated solutions.
  • Collaborate with peer orgs:
  • With Infrastructure & Financial Services team on compliance, PSPs, risk, and cross-border integrations.
  • With Brand & Seller Services on extending seller/brand programs to CN sellers.
  • With Seller Experience & Design on surfaces and UX optimization.
  • Define success metrics (seller adoption, catalog unlock %, GMV uplift, seller satisfaction) and track business impact.
  • Represent the CN seller perspective at the leadership level, influencing priorities and ensuring alignment across KR and global stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a lean, high-impact team, setting direction and developing product talent.
