  • Develop and implement a comprehensive overseas market entry and expansion strategy.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by generating leads, establishing partnerships, and negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand competitive landscapes, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership & Management:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing international sales team.
  • Set clear team goals, KPIs, and sales targets, and drive accountability to achieve them.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and positive team culture.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to team members. Sales Execution & Performance:
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, for key strategic accounts.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage the overseas sales budget and forecast accurately. -Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a cohesive market approach and superior customer experience. Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on international/overseas markets.
  • Proven, documented success in launching and scaling sales operations in new international markets.
  • Native or Fluent English proficiency is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage. -Must be willing and able to undertake frequent international travel
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Legal authorization to work and ability to be formally employed under a Hong Kong entity.
