工作职责:
- Responsible for developing annual ECRM strategy and scheme and operation for Tmall/JD/VIP/douyin
- Collaborate with EC team to craft online consumer experience and responsible for customer life cycle communication and run loyalty program
- Responsible for key customer loyalty KPI (2nd purchase rate, retention rate), and keep monitoring and drive for optimization
- Design and drive execution of new user cultivation program upon marketing calendar by leveraging sampling
- Work with internal and external technical team to develop ECRM solutions and lead TP & CRM agency on excellence of deliverables.
- Generate Insightful CRM report to support cross function team (sale, product, trade…) for improvement action
- Manage ECRM budget and ROI evaluation

- Background including total years of experience
- 5+ year experience in ECRM or CRM
