The challenge is to:

  • Work close with the Head of Marketing to formulate the brand direction to be aligned with business objectives and develop go-to-market brand communications strategies to differentiate our brand equity and engage with customers.
  • Safeguard the yuu brand across all touchpoints and markets; maintain and enforce brand guidelines and tone of voice; develop and maintain an enterprise-grade brand asset library; manage BAU materials and partner channel exposure.
  • Lead brand and consumer PR campaigns to drive TOMA, brand exposure and positive buzz; set newsroom cadence, messaging and content strategy across online and offline channels.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to manage media relations and respond to media requests; lead issues/crisis preparedness and response with clear lines-to-take and escalation protocols.
  • Oversee timely, high-quality bilingual materials (press releases, lines-to-take, speeches, infographics, advertorials, by-lined articles) in Chinese and English; uphold a high-communications quality bar.
  • Own the roadmap for always-on engagement mechanics and influence product priorities that reduce friction and increase value.
  • Market intelligence - Monitor, research and analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer insights (surveys, focus groups, social listening); translate insights into strategic bets, pipeline priorities and budget recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand asset library and ensure all related materials align with the brand guideline.
  • Sustain yuu's brand exposure and manage the BAU brand materials at promotion partners' channels.

Do you have experience in branding & campaign?

  • Degree holder
  • 8–10 years' progressive experience in brand/communications and digital/CRM marketing, leading large integrated campaigns with measurable commercial impact; loyalty, retail or e-commerce background strongly preferred
  • Proven ownership of core customer metrics and experimentation at scale; track record building customer mechanisms and influencing product roadmaps to drive acquisition, activation and retention.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong consumer behaviour, market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Agile, comfortable with fast paced environments and highly motivated multi-tasker with growth mindset.
  • Experience in managing different stakeholders, preferably with experience to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Good team leader with excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and efficient in working with multiple internal and external parties.
  • Strong knowledge of the Greater Bay Area consumer landscape, media ecosystems
  • Less experienced will be consider as Assistant Marketing Manager
