Job Description
Simple technical support (debug, and reflash)at customer.
Support in customer complaints handling and analysis as needed.
Provide troubleshooting service to manufacturing products and test equipment if support is needed.
Report the project status on timing, quality, and risk to the Team Leader.
Qualifications
Practical knowledge of electronics, i.e. can read electrical schematics, interpret basic electronic circuits, etc.
Microsoft Office skills.
