  • Translate the Mainland China 3-year strategy into annual/quarterly regional battle plans; own the P&L, market-share targets for the assigned cities.
  • Continuously scan macro-consumer trends, competitor moves and catchment shifts; convert insights into rapid adjustments to channel mix, pricing architecture and promo cadence.
  • Lead regional digital transformation by analyzing "store-category-day" via power BI; drive sales, productivity and repeat-purchase rate.
  • Optimize store-operating models and secure execution excellence; ensure company marketing plans are implemented effectively to expand distribution coverage and brand visibility.
  • Establish a talent pipeline and succession plan: recruit, train and coach frontline sales to sustain a high-performance culture with low annual turnover.
  • Oversee QSC&V standards, food safety, inventory accuracy and cost control; ensure zero incidents, zero out-of-stocks and budget compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional projects (new-store opening, refit, seasonal pop-ups) and be accountable for ROI and milestone delivery. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • Minimum 5 years retail sales-management experience; food-category and shopping-mall/landlord channel exposure highly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with strong data analytics skills; able to cascade macro goals into measurable store-level actions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and EQ; able to motivate internal teams and negotiate with landlords/key accounts.
  • High resilience and adaptability to fast pace and frequent travel.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
