  • To harmonize customers' requirements and M+H's interests, so that to guarantee the customers' satisfaction will be reached and the customer related operational and strategic guidelines will be fulfilled.
  • Achieve Sales target through acquiring new business with proper project acquisition process.
  • Make and maintain strategy for existing customer group. Identify and initiate the strategy for new customer group. Main Accountabilities
  • Responsible for Customer Group management.
  • Develop the business for Customer Group.
  • Responsible to define the Customer Strategy for Customer group (long-term)
  • Liaise with customers in all issues, from sales to delivery, quality and account receive.
  • Support project team as Sales function.
  • Coach Sales engineer/ Account Manager in Customer Group.
  • Report the sales activities to Sales Manager.
  • Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy.
  • Be responsible for all EHS related work in the department. Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas Internal & External Working Relationships Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies) Education/Major: Technical education with commercial experience or contrariwise. Experiences:
  • At least 7 years experiences in automotive OEM-area (SVW, SGM FAW-VW, Ford, PSA or local customers )
  • Experience in R&D/project management/team work is preferred
  • Experience in development projects of automobile industry ( for example as team leader or project manager)
  • Customer experiences / business fluent manner Certificates: Knowledge & Skills: Foreign language: Fluent in both written and oral English.

Computer ability: Good at MS Office software. Personal Quality:

  • Excellent sales skill and good customer relationship management
  • Excellent analysis capability and market knowledge (OEM, competitors, product)
  • The ability to understand the challenges, determine options that can be offered to meet the challenges, and seek approval of the most effective option.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Team working spirit.
  • Strong leadership and be able to coach different sales functions.
  • Excellent communication skill include customer side and internal side.
  • Be able to develop a suitable customer group strategy.
  • Be honest and understand multinational,
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Agree to travel frequently in China or overseas
  • Be able to work together with global project team
