Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Producer to lead the next-generation iteration of our casual mobile games in the overseas market. You will be fully responsible for the product lifecycle from concept to live operations, driving innovation in casual game design trends, and leading the team to create the next global success.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership:
Define overall direction and roadmap for casual puzzle games, from 0–1 creative launch to 1–N iterative upgrades. - R&D Management:
Build and optimize pipelines, set milestones, coordinate across design, art, and engineering teams, ensure timely delivery with high quality. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with UA, publishing, data, and monetization teams to align with overseas market strategies; use feedback and insights to drive updates, events, and growth. - Team Leadership:
Recruit and manage 10+ person core development teams, foster creativity and execution, mentor members, and maintain efficient team structure. - Quality & Delivery:
Ensure product meets milestones, budgets, and quality standards; identify risks early and resolve bottlenecks. - External Partnerships:
Manage co-development or outsourcing with overseas studios, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and high-quality output.
Requirements
- 8+ years in game development, with 3+ years as lead producer or product owner, ideally in casual mobile games.
- Proven track record in puzzle genres (match-3, merge, etc.), with successful titles launched and operated.
- Experience in generational upgrades (e.g. from first-gen to third-gen products).
- Strong project management across full lifecycle, familiar with agile workflows.
- Strategic mindset with knowledge of UA, monetization, and data-driven iteration.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, having managed cross-functional teams of 10+ people.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English; able to work in multinational environments.
Preferred
- Experience working with international studios.
- Background in leading casual game companies.
- Global publishing experience, with knowledge of regional player preferences.
- Familiarity with Unity and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
- Passion for casual mobile games, with strong market insight and creative thinking.
