- Develop Data Science Solutions, connect all relevant local quality management teams.
- Ensure representative, comparable, consistent, compliant, and trusted market information clients can rely on to take the right business decisions to develop and expand their businesses.
- Build effective relationships with a wide range of people (internally and externally) across relevant countries and industries to gather and consolidate ideas, measurements and processes around an effective and efficient customer relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with Global Quality Teams to develop the regional Quality Management Program and ensure its implementation including organizational and strategic enhancements. Requirements:
- Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science related majors
- Profound knowledge (4+ years) in market research processes, methodologies and operations 3.
4+ years leading and managing quality organizations or similar - proven leadership and communication capabilities
- Strong short-term and mid-term strategic planning skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Strong experience in presentation and facilitation
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
