About This Position
- Acts as APAC regional special project management platform/methodology champion and first point of contact especially for MoB (make or buy) project.
- Facilitates and drives project management processes by AD side. Closely working with AO 3PM, AD teams, PD, SBU to deliver the result.
- Continuously reports project status and actively adds / updates issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress/status.
- Continuously improves delivery by sharing lessons learned from similar projects with the project manager and team.
- Supports with the development of project business case, charter and A4 and ensure appropriate sign-off.
- Supports with preparations for decision (body) meetings such as steering committee.
- Performs project health assessments and raises concerns to project manager and/or escalate to sponsor as required.
- Facilitates End of Project Reviews
What you´ll do
- Business and financial analysis to support and track CMTG strategy execution.
- Provide a status update of the strategy implementation, transformation and improvements.
- CMTG Process mapping and implementation.
- Support the CMTG transformation and Roadmap in APAC.
- Supervise CMTG processes as well as the securing of reports in an adequate and timely manner to support the business plan, coordinate and moderate leadership team meetings including organization.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree & above; master's degree and MBA preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in 3PM, Procurement, project management related field; experience in management consulting or strategy development is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skill.
- Good structural and strategic thinking capability.
- Proven ability to strategy development and implementation.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Strong team collaboration.
