工作职责
Provide people solutions to all levels of managers within the Hospital to contribute to the achievement of organizational strategies and goals, through practicing HR expertise and knowledge including but not limited to workforce planning, recruiting, talent development and retention, performance management, compensation& benefits, employee relations etc. Org & Staffing Planning:
- In line with Hospital development strategies and organizational goals, together with people managers of customer departments to prepare annual Headcount and SWB plans and also relevant analysis from different perspectives based on business needs;
- Keep effective tracking on the budgeted headcount and SWB plan implementation status and always proactively and innovatively seeking approaches to optimize the SWB structure to realize the maximum utilization for the employees;
- Periodical review of customer departments' organization chart and positions and work together with people managers to keep the org charts and job descriptions up to date and effective to be in line with business needs; Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Partner with People Managers to identify and define their hiring needs both for today and tomorrow and execute full cycle recruiting activities from C.V. screening to offering;
- Partner with Hospital leadership and People managers to identify and facilitate the best allocation of talents between different business locations and facilities to meet patients needs with maximized efficiency;
- Lead the annual talent review program and participate in the talent development programs and initiatives at the hospital level; Performance Management:
- Advocate the Hospital performance management programs and facilitate the implementation of annual performance review and KPI setting process, monitor the progresses before the deadline and promote the ICARE culture during the related reviews and communications;
- Facilitate development level relevant IDP and PIP programs by Partnering with people managers; Compensation & Benefits :
- Work closely with Head Quarterly COE team during Compensation & Benefit programs design by bringing in customer insights and pain points, and be responsible for communications and implementations of the launched C&B programs within in customer departments;
- Based on hospital and customer departments' needs, provide C&B related solutions through compensation structure reviewing and optimizing with departmental or market level guideline and standards; ER & Culture:
- Always live to and safeguard the ICARE value and culture of the organization in any circumstances;
- Assist people managers to handle all the employee relations related matters in a compliant and effective manner;
- Provide consultations and guidance to people managers at all levels on ER related matters by being proficiency in national and local labor-related laws and regulations, as well as policies of United Family Healthcare; Projects & Reporting:
- Participate or lead market level HR related optimization projects and initiatives, including but not limited to SOPs, Employee Engagement program, hospital activities etc.;
- HR related data and reports engineering and interpretation to support business needs and decisions;
- Other tasks assigned by HR head or designated ones;
任职要求
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resources preferred
- Previous 10 year minimum working experience in Human Resources preferred
- Proficiency written and oral English
