Overall Responsibilities
The club account ass mgr. is an important business position responsible for managing club channel customers such as Costco and Sam's Club. Participate in the development and execution of business plan to promote the continuous sales growth of club channel. Tracking the implementation of promotional activities, review and analyse the performance. Participate in club channel customer contract negotiation and joint business development plan formulation such that Jamieson consistently delivers its sales, profit, market share, and customer ranking goals.
The role will report directly to club account manager and be responsible for the sales targets of club channel customers, managing budget allocation and placing orders. Establish strategic partnership with club channel customers and effectively implement the company's key customer growth plan.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
Commercial Leadership
Participate in the formulation of the annual business strategy for club channel and other direct service customers.
Participate in the development and implementation of the annual joint business development plan, through the implementation of detailed sales plans, campaigns, and promotional plans to drive the sales goals of club channel customers, such as Sam's Club, Costco.
Monitor the achievement of sales targets monthly and on a quarterly basis to ensure perfect execution of the business plan to achieve sales, profit, market share and brand equity targets.
Build and execute ongoing reporting mechanisms that showcase sell-in, sell-out, and inventory.
Utilize data and insights to form business cases that influence our China product innovation strategy.
Sales and budget planning and control, provide forecast to supply chain for production.
Own and track the delivery of the P&L for assigned account customer including proper oversight over spending and ROI (return on investment).
Ensure control mechanisms are put in place for spending (trade, rebate & operating expenses).
In store conversion and Execution
Develop and plan in store conversion programs to drive Jamieson brand growth at store level and increase penetration for the category with cross functional teams
Optimize the field execution spend to improve ROI and customer margin contribution
Lead or facilitate the execution plan with field team to ensure flawless execution in all related stores
Customer Partnership
Establish and cultivate relationships with junior management at key account that can be leveraged to grow the equity Jamieson among key stakeholders.
Uses available data & insights to provide sound merchandising / marketing / promotional / product optimization recommendations for customers.
Effective utilization of company resources and tools (people, trade, customer marketing) to drive profitable sales results with national key accounts.
Customer Service
Responsible for receiving and recording customer service calls
Coordinating cross functions to deliver response to customer enquiries.
Sorting and analysis over customer enquiries, in the aim to standardise customer response.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
At least 3 years key account manager experience with strong data analysis, account management, negotiation, and leadership skills, preferred soldi field execution experience
Proven track and solid background in key accounts management and/or developing strategy and activation plans. The experience of Sam's Club or Costco is plus.
Proactive, dynamic, and accountable. Ability to thrive under pressure and are results driven. Additionally, excellent English language skill is advantageous.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship-building ability – must be able to foster and develop relationships with customers and internally at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in utilizing office software applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other related tools.
