Purpose of the role:
As a Senior HRBP Manager, you will be in charge of Multiple Plants for company's core
Business in Shanghai and also play a critical role driving plants integration to support sustainable
Business growth in China.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Provides a broad range of HR support and consulting services to the business
2.Partners with HR peers in execution of regional HR programs and strategies, nation-wide HR team projects & initiatives and make optimization for the organization in terms of people topics.
- Support talent strategy and aligning plant level people plans to that strategy in collaboration with the appropriate HR teams and business leaders.
4.Acting as a key interface and trusted advisor to senior leaders regarding talent management strategies and solutions along with expert interpretation of assessments.
5.Advising managers on high potential identification, development planning, preparing for talent reviews, designing succession plans, and on-boarding talent.

Qualification and Experience:
1.5+ years experience of HRBP/ HRM role in Manufacturing unit for sizable company
2.Good Business Acumen bridging People and Business to support company long-term strategy.
3.Good interpersonal and communication especially in Multiculture workplace.
4.Capability for problem solving in terms of complex issues, ER and so on.
Project Management capabilities is an advantage, being adaptable to new projects
Strong Leadership and craft a direction for various People topics and make deliverables to organization.
