岗位职责 | The Role
负责我们中国团队的产品。构建内部工具和客户功能,推动我们的下一个增长阶段。首要目标:在3个月内交付运营团队每周使用的"必备"工具。
Own product for our China squad. Build internal tools and customer features that unlock our next growth phase. First goal: ship a 'must-have' tool within 3 months that ops uses weekly.

You'll be embedded with our China ops team, prototype solutions to bottlenecks, then work with engineering to ship features driving revenue or efficiency gains.

Report to Founder (London). Establish product discipline as we scale from 1 to 5+ China engineers over 6 months.
前90天:跟随运营团队,识别痛点。制作原型、验证并编写规格,获得工程认可。交付v1,衡量采用度,迭代。
First 90 days: Shadow ops and identify highest-leverage pain point. Prototype, validate, and spec your first feature. Ship v1, measure adoption, and iterate based on usage data.
What You'll Do
- 负责从发现到上线的端到端交付(数据集成、运营工具、客户自助服务)
- 与创始人共同制定路线图——提出优先级建议,负责执行,用数据反驳
- 跨时区连接利益相关者(每周客户电话、每天与中国运营协作、定期与英国工程同步)
- 支持James Campbell进行冲刺规划——促进站会、梳理待办事项、编写用户故事
- 将业务问题转化为技术解决方案。您需要足够的技术直觉来发现提议的架构存在逻辑缺陷或设计无法扩展的情况。您将通过充分理解系统并提出正确的问题,在问题进入生产前发现它们。
- 负责UX/UI决策——初期没有专职设计师,使用组件库(Radix/shadcn)交付精致功能
- 通过快速原型制作、访谈、数据进行验证——跟踪指标,将学习反馈到路线图
- Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to launch (data integrations, ops tooling, customer self-service)
- Shape roadmap with Founder - propose priorities, own execution, push back with data
- Bridge stakeholders across timezones (weekly customer calls, daily China ops collaboration, regular UK eng syncs)
- Support James Campbell on sprint planning - facilitate standups, groom backlog, write user stories
- Translate business problems into technical solutions. You need enough technical intuition to spot when a proposed architecture has logical flaws or when a design won't scale. You'll catch issues before they reach production by understanding the system well enough to ask the right questions.
- Own UX/UI decisions without dedicated designer initially - use component libraries (Radix/shadcn) to ship polished features
经验 | Experience:
- 5-7年科技公司PM经验,2年以上创业公司(国际和中国公司经验优先)
- 上线过2个以上B2B SaaS产品或功能端到端(0→上线),有可衡量的业务影响
- 强烈建议有中国以外创业公司经验
- 5-7 years PM in tech, 2+ years startups (both international and Chinese companies preferred)
- Launched 2+ B2B SaaS products or features end-to-end (0→launch) with measurable business impact
- Startup experience outside China strongly preferred
技术与设计 | Technical & Design:
- 强技术能力——您可能不了解每个技术概念,但可以快速掌握和学习新概念。您需要充分理解API、数据库、数据管道等概念,以便与工程师有效协作。
- 能够将工程师的复杂技术概念转化为非技术利益相关者(客户、运营团队、业务拓展)能够理解的清晰语言。
- 强UI/UX感——使用组件库(Radix/shadcn)做出合理设计决策,在初期无专职设计师的情况下交付精致功能。
- Strong technical fluency - you might not know every technical concept, but you can quickly grasp and learn new ones. You'll need to understand concepts like APIs, databases, and data pipelines well enough to work effectively with engineers.
- Capable of translating complex technical concepts from engineers into clear language for non-technical stakeholders (customers, ops team, business development).
- Strong UI/UX sense - make sound design decisions with component libraries (Radix/shadcn) to ship polished features without dedicated designer initially.

- 英语+中文流利——不可妥协。每日使用两种语言。
- Fluent English and Mandarin - non-negotiable. Daily use of both languages.

- Hands-on: we're a small team, not a massive company. You'll wear multiple hats and won't hesitate to manually test features, analyze raw data, or handle operational details yourself when needed. Everyone pitches in.
