Role & Responsibilities:


• Finding top location for CHINA DTC new stores in accordance with our strategy and prepare new store openings report & analysis.


• Work with finance and legal team, Lead the final internal approval process based on finalized terms &conditions, follow up with new store opening process in contract set up, existing stores contract expiry date reminders and contract filings.


• Lead the negotiation of approved potential stores with relevant landlords and aim to find preferential terms and conditions.


• In charge of renewal, renovation & termination of all retail stores as required


• Build strong relationship with relevant key landlords including big commercial development properties, department store and shopping mall or property management.


• Support other tasks given by the line manager

QUALIFICATIONS:


• University graduates in relevant fields of economics, business or finance


• Language Skills: Business level in English and Chinese


• Store development leasing experience: 6 years and above


• Knowledge and experience in real estate management: 6 years and above.


• Experience in alliance, networking and negotiation.


• Project management, construction quality / schedule / budget management.


• Knowledge and experience in construction regulation, bidding process, contract management


• Analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects.


• Excellent communication & presentation skill
