Position Summary

We're seeking a dedicated Corporate Compliance Counsel to provide legal & compliance guidance and support to all

business units across Nestlé Greater China Region. In this role, you'll ensure that the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

You'll play a key role in strengthening and sustaining a compliance culture that enables good business decisions and

makes Nestlé trusted by all stakeholders. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies, conducting riskassessments, monitoring and providing training or communication campaigns to employees on compliance-related matters.

Job Description

·      Provide legal advice on compliance issues, including regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and ethical standards.

·      Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

·      Design and deliver training programs for employees on compliance-related topics, including Code of Business Conduct, anti-corruption, anti-commercial bribery and conflict of interest.

·      Promote compliance culture within the organization through communication campaigns and other methods.

·      Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate, identify and address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

·      Work closely with various departments, including BU Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, F&C, NIA, and Sales Inspection, etc., to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

·      Liaise with regulatory authorities and engage with external compliance communities as necessary.

Qualification


• High integrity standard


• J.D. degree (or equivalent) or a master's degree in legal, compliance or related field


• Extensive demonstrable experience of over 10 years in one or more of the following areas: law firm, in house legal or

compliance (pharmaceuticals company is highly desirable) or law enforcement


• Strong understanding of compliance laws and regulations relevant to the organization, especially nutrition and health-science industry


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent drafting, communication, analytical, and people skills


• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively prioritizing the workload


• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders


• Proficiency in English


• Experience in digitalization and new technology will be highly desirable
