- Key account management for both MM&MM6
- Assist in sales campaigns including scheduling, reviewing clients' orders, inserting orders, and sell MM&MM6 seasonal collections to the targeted customers by following the guideline set by line manager.
- Monitor and keep updating client sellout performance, latest market sales, trends, and intelligence.
- Share all the brand's guidelines/presentations on a seasonal basis, maintaining visual presentations by visiting key partners' stores, monitoring new product arrival, executing seasonal promotions, product placement updates.
- Assist line manager to handle any customer issues when necessary.
- Daily follow ups
- Work with HQ customer service & credit department to ensure orders & reorders by monitoring deliveries, payments, and logistics.
- Prepare regular reports, including delivery report, net sales report, and any ad hoc reports.
- Assist HQ after-sales department on after sales queries such as short-shipments, miss-picks, defectives, etc.
- Responsible for in-season reorder requests from wholesale partners.
- Partner with internal departments, i.e. VM and marketing to fulfill any customer request and to establish effective communication both externally and internally. Requirements:
- 3- 5 years of professional experience either wholesale or retail (retail operation or retail merchandising) experience, preferably in luxury/premium brands
- Solid understanding of retail math, including sell-through & OTB
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking) will be handling non-mandarin speaking regions
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook (need a quick excel test during the interview session prepared by the line manager)
