- Track progress across all dept (BD, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations) and consolidate stakeholder reports into progress updates for senior management. Facilitate regular sync-ups to align stakeholders and define actionable next steps.
- Drive resolution of cross-functional issues by proactively coordinating resources when bottlenecks arise.
- Maintain key external partner relationships to ensure effective communication channels.

- Solid accounting background.
- Fluent oral and written English
- Good communication skills
- Project management experience, overseas experience preferred (esp. SEA/PH)
- Proactive in problem solving and result driven
- At least 7 years' experience in business development and/or business analysis in retail/FMCG industry.
