The Digital Project Manager is a strategic role to enhance customer experience and accelerate digital tech growth through integrated date driven China digital ecosystem and innovation across online to offline store. You will act as both the digital project delivery and Performance Driver, leveraging data insights to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and elevate omnichannel retail experiences.
What you will do:
- Responsible for local digitalization to drive business growth, digital engagement, and enhance World-Class Luxury Customer Experience.
- Digital Project & Program management skill: Timeline control, PO ticket, process management and vendor production management.
- Stay apprised of the FMCG, luxury, fashion, and beauty industry and the latest digital technologies to proactively develop new and best-in-class innovation approach to connect with consumers and improve performance.
- Lead end-to-end management of local retail product, including product roadmap, feature rollout, UX optimization, and alignment with brand standards.
- Stay ahead of digital retail trends (e.g., gamification, personalization) to innovate product functionalities.
- Utilize deep knowledge of digital application tools (e.g., mini-programs, CRM integrations, commerce system integration, digital activation) to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Stakeholders' management: local and global cross-functional communication.
- Manage internal innovation training and workshop with cross-functional teams.

- 8+ years proven experience in digital commence, retail and Omnichannel function with team management responsibility.
- Strategic mind-set with budget management, delivering goals and KPIs.
- Strong passion and start-up self-driven for digital Retail Omnichannel business.
- Excellent leadership abilities and with strong track record of team management and development experience.
- Excellent English and Mandarin skills, both verbal & written. Strong communication and project management skills.
