该职位来源于猎聘 1 支持新产品设计评审/New product design confirmation. 2 新产品的模具及工装设计, 交期跟进,状态确认/New product tooling and fixture design, delivery tracking, tooling status confirmation. 3 新产品图纸准备及释放/New product drawing preparation and release. 4 新产品工艺的标准化/Standardize SAP data: MM, BOM, ROUTING。 5 协调新产品试生产,收集反馈并跟进解决试生产过程中异常/Coordinate trial production, communicate to align and report action plan to solve the issues.
6 准备资料并参与应对第三方/客户审核,准备新项目PPAP等工艺相关资料/Prepare data and join the third party and customer audit, prepare new product process documentation. 7 协调生产,质量,设备等部门,持续改善新产品的质量和成本状态,直至满足转量产的条件/Coordinate production, quality, F&M dept to continuously improve new product quality and reduce manufacturing cost, until meet mass production transfer requirement. 8 及时有效地完成上级交办的其他工作 Complete other tasks on time and effectively assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: - 本科以上学历/Bachelor degree or above - 机械工程,机械自动化等相关专业/Mechanical engineering, mechanical automation, etc,
- 5年以上汽车行业磨削加工/切削加工/装配工艺工程师经验/More than 5 years working experience of machining or assembly at automotive industry. - 熟练使用Solid works, CAD, ERP / SAP, MS Word/EXCEL/PPT等办公和企业管理软件/Skilled at using SolidWorks, CAD, ERP/SAP, MS Word & Excel & PP - 熟悉APQP process / Familiar with APQP process.
