Product Strategy & Innovation

  • Define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap in alignment with ECO's digital transformation goals.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business objectives into product features and development priorities.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for digital products, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, resource plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve issues proactively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and QA to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication and stakeholder alignment.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Define and track key product and project KPIs to measure success and inform future iterations.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital product management and agile software development.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence,…
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in English; German or Chinese is a plus.
