Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Own and manage relationships with high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Develop and execute account-specific growth plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Drive client retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement, tailored solutions, and continuous value delivery.
Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that support revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
Contract Negotiation & Business Development
- Lead negotiations of commercial agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms and long-term sustainability.
- Identify and pursue new strategic partnerships and business development opportunities across target markets.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, revenue growth, and commercial effectiveness.
- Continuously refine commercial processes and strategies based on performance data and evolving market dynamics.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial leadership roles within multinational organizations, with a strong focus on strategic account management.
- Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing strategic client relationships.
- Deep understanding of high-tech electronics, manufacturing operations, and supply chain ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building commercial capabilities from the ground up.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- The role is based in Shenzhen/Dongguan, with periodic travel to Hong Kong.
