该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis: Assist BA team in researching retail scenarios (e.g., store operations, loyalty programs, SCM), document client needs via BRDs/User Stories.
  • Project Support: Monitor project milestones (e.g., POS enhancement, data platform rollout), coordinate tasks across dev/QA teams.
  • Process Optimization: Map retail workflows (BPMN/UML), identify pain-points in digital initiatives and propose solutions.
  • User Enablement: Support UAT, create user manuals, train store staff on digital tools.
  • Data Analysis: Compile sales/inventory data, generate reports via visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Qualifications:
  • Background: Current bachelor's/master's student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PPT/Visio);

Familiarity with PM tools (Jira/Trello) or prototyping tools

(Axure/Figma) is a plus;

Basic data analysis skills (SQL/Python preferred).

  • Competencies:

Strong logic to decode retail operations (e.g., stock turnover, member segmentation);

Excellent communication to bridge tech teams & business stakeholders;

Passion for retail tech (e.g., omnichannel, smart supply chain).

  • Language: Bilingual in Chinese & English (able to read technical documentation). Perks:
