该职位来源于猎聘 General Duties: Be responsible for the full lifecycle management of global OEM product lines. It collaborates with relevant headquarters departments, suppliers, and global sales regions to undertake responsibilities including demand management, product strategy formulation, project management and implementation, product optimization, update and portfolio expansion, as well as market and order support - all aimed at enhancing the brand's market competitiveness and achieving strategic business goals. Tasks:
- Implement the SGP product roadmap in collaboration with SGP team, leveraging product requirements as well as suppliers' category strengths and cost frameworks.
- Oversee the end-to-end operation of GOC industrialization projects, collaborate closely with internal/external stakeholders, taking charge of full-cycle project management and end-to-end delivery following OEM PEP.
- Engage in strategic partnerships with existing global OEM suppliers and leverage competitor analysis and industry trend research to underpin new products/partner initiatives, ensuring product compliance and cost advantages.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, continuously monitor the market performance, sales data and customer feedback of GOC product lines, propose product optimization and iteration recommendations, and follow up on their implementation to drive improvements in market share and customer satisfaction.
- Manage product content for GOC product lines via enabling sales tools and PCM system, support marketing & sales initiatives across multiple global regions.
- Provide serial product support to all global regions, back large orders and fulfill special product requirements, contributing to order growth. Qualification:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, product management, technical-focused business administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in international B2B settings, with a focus on Product/Project Management.
- Prior experience in the material handling industry is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting or managing projects of different scales and complexity during the product lifecycle, with exposure to areas like market analysis, requirements engineering, product planning, and launch.
- Prior knowledge of material handling equipment's core products, use cases, key technical specs, safety norms and environmental requirements is beneficial.
- Experience in managing OEM products and handling OEM projects is a plus.
- Excellent English (spoken & written); German proficiency is a plus.
- Experience working in an international company with European headquarters.
- Formal certification in Product/Project Management is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong diplomatic and communication skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Proactive, reliable, and highly organized; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple parallel projects with competing priorities.
