This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or people early in their careers. The role will work directly with the senior leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to recruiting, business development, and market research. You'll be responsible for a mix of research, admin, scheduling, social media support, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates and build target lists using LinkedIn, WeChat, and other tools
- Support business development by preparing target company lists and outreach campaigns
- Assist with marketing activities including newsletters, social media posts, and event coordination
- Keep the CRM and pipelines organized, prepare candidate profiles, and ensure follow-ups are tracked
- Provide day-to-day admin support including scheduling, inbox management, and document preparation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, HR, or related fields preferred)
- 0–3 years of work experience (fresh grads welcome)
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin – overseas study or work experience a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools
- Positive, professional, and detail-oriented
