招聘规划与执行:根据人力规划,制定并执行海外招聘策略,高效完成招聘任务;
Recruitment planning and execution: Based on manpower planning, develop and execute overseas recruitment strategies to efficiently complete recruitment tasks;
渠道管理:深入研究不同海外地区的人才市场特点,统筹管理并持续开拓多元化的海外招聘渠道;
Channel management: Conduct in-depth research on the characteristics of talent markets in different overseas regions, coordinate management, and continuously explore diversified overseas recruitment channels;
人才调配与储备:根据海外业务的动态变化和项目需求,灵活、高效地统筹海外整体人员调配工作;
Talent allocation and reserve: flexibly and efficiently coordinate the overall personnel allocation work overseas based on the dynamic changes of overseas business and project needs;
人才数据分析:基于公司海外经营目标,密切监控海外整体人员规模和人才结构。定期收集、汇总和分析相关数据,如不同岗位的人员配置比例、人才流动率等,通过数据洞察问题,提出切实可行的改善建议,并跟进监督落实情况;
Talent data analysis: Based on the company's overseas business goals, closely monitor the overall personnel size and talent structure overseas. Regularly collect, summarize, and analyze relevant data, such as personnel allocation ratios and talent turnover rates for different positions. Through data insights, propose practical and feasible improvement suggestions, and follow up on the implementation of supervision;

任职要求Job requirements:
具备流利的英语听说读写能力,能够熟练运用英语进行招聘沟通、面试评估和日常工作交流;
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to proficiently use English for recruitment communication, interview evaluation, and daily work communication;
5年以上海外招聘经验,有北美、越南、印度地区招聘经验优先,熟悉当地劳动法律法规、文化习俗和人才市场情况;
More than 5 years of overseas recruitment experience, preferably in North America, Vietnam, and India, familiar with local labor laws, regulations, cultural customs, and talent market conditions;
有智能硬件、ODM、OEM 或制造业相关岗位招聘背景,对行业人才市场有深刻理解;
Have a background in recruitment for positions related to smart hardware, ODM, OEM, or manufacturing, and have a deep understanding of the industry talent market;
具备敏锐的人才市场洞察力,能够准确把握人才动态和趋势;拥有出色的人际沟通和协调能力,能够与不同文化背景的人员进行有效交流与合作;具备较强的组织协调能力和推动力,能够高效完成各项招聘调配任务;具有良好的抗压能力和团队协作精神,能够在复杂多变的海外业务环境中应对挑战。
