Objectives:
- Implement quality control procedures and policies according to corporate standards to achieve superior reliability.
- Conduct daily analysis on the raw materials, products-in-progress and finished goods to ensure their quality fit for production.
- According to the environmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleagues.
Main Tasks:
- Perform the testing in QC lab under proper SOPs for raw material, in -process control, finished product, environmental sample or contamination sample to ensure the quality control fulfillment in site.
- Maintain the record/data in paper as well as SAP-QM-LIMS.
- Validate test methods for new product or cross contamination test.
- Initiate lab SOPs updating if SOP deviation or any improvement .
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment according to maintenance/calibraton plan.
- Take actions for 5S management, quality improvement and HIP/near miss.
- Maintain data of EA, RA and MSDS of lab chemicals, and update once new chemicals are introduced to laboratory with training.
- Be responsible for housekeeping in work area. Follow up and obey the Company's EHS Guidelines.
- Education:大专及以上,化学/生物医药等相关专业;
- Working Experience: 3年左右相关工作经验,2年左右实验室工作经验,生物医药/化工等行业背景;条件优秀可放宽至应届毕业生;
- Other requirements:心态积极,踏实苦干,寻求发展;
- English: CET4
- Others: Familiar with quality management system ISO9001 or Laboratory quality system GLP/ISO17025, and product characteristics of formulation, qualified certification is preferred.
