What You´ll Do
- Responsible for emergency repairs and troubleshooting of various mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic equipment faults, ensuring safe and normal operation of production equipment.
- Perform maintenance and servicing according to the maintenance checklist; regularly complete preventive maintenance to improve equipment stability and reduce downtime.
- Inspect, analyze, diagnose, and handle anomalies in the production process, and report promptly.
- Responsible for processing and analyzing maintenance work orders, and proposing required spare parts.
- Comply with all equipment and maintenance safety operating procedures and the company's special work approval processes; strictly implement LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
- Continuously enhance maintenance skills and share knowledge with team members to promote collective improvement.
- Apply 5S to keep the maintenance site and workplace clean, neat, and orderly.
- Responsible for rectifying equipment safety hazards and implementing equipment improvements/optimizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Comply with applicable company and department regulations.
What makes you a good fit
- Electrical or mechanical automation-related major.
- At least 5 years of equipment maintenance experience.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Electrician certificate and height safety certificate preferred.
