Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for some new product development and sample production.
- Responsible for order review, process maintenance , production maintenance,and other daily matters.
- Lead product process optimization and cost improvement.
- Cooperate with sales to communicate with customers for technical issue and provide fully technical support for products.
- Coperate with R&D engineers in new product development and sample production, and lead maintenance and improvement work after mass production transferred.
Qualification & Requirements
- Full time bachelor's degree or above, major in optics, optical communication, physics or related fields, Professional requirements can be widen for rich relevant work experience.
- Priority for two years or more of relevant work experience in optical passive device products ,such as fiber Bragg gratings, laser combiners, couplers, fiber arrays, etc.
- Proficient in using 2D/3D mechanical drawing software (such as CAD/Solidworks).
- CET-4 or above, Good English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong hands-on ability, clear logic, good expression and communication skills.
