Operations Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
- Manages operational supplier quality, including validating the supplier's quality systems and processes.
- Drives approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions/experts, encompassing activities like Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and product surveillance at supplier manufacturing sites.
- Leads in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services.
- Uses supplier quality management tools and systems for collaboration, reporting, monitoring and disposition of quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics.
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or electrical field etc.
- at least 5 years of experience in quality function, prefer at supplier quality management
- Knowledge in quality management, analysis/ improving tools
- Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
Include required languages, licenses, or visa info where applicable.
