Key Responsibilities:
Research and Innovation
Participate in new project discussions, exhibitions, and technology seminars.
Represent the organization as a technical contact in forums and innovation-related meetings.
Gather and present technical insights, trends, and new findings to internal teams and the PMM group.
Promote the application of new technologies in PCB design and manufacturing.
Cross-Functional Support
Facilitate collaboration between engineering, training, production, and quality teams.
Support new initiatives and field projects requiring coordination and technical input.
Act as a technical liaison during technology transfers, customer interactions, and innovation rollouts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in PCB manufacturing, R&D, Market or training management.
Strong understanding of PCB design, sampling processes, and manufacturing technologies.
Familiarity with IPC standards and relevant quality and safety systems.
