About The Role
As a Product Manager, you will lead the definition, development, and delivery of market-winning products across the Intelligent Cockpit Hardware and Software domains. You will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and go-to-market success by aligning customer needs, competitive insights, and internal capabilities.
What You Will Do
Product Portfolio and Management:
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of the Intelligent Cockpit product family, from concept through implementation, planning, and release, including feature definitions, portfolio strategy, and roadmap development.
- Capture the voice of the customer through direct engagement, structured feedback loops, and market research to inform product direction and innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies and industry trends to guide future product revisions and strategic pivots, ensuring long-term competitiveness.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market opportunity assessments to shape product positioning, pricing strategies, and differentiation.
- Develop and manage comprehensive product business cases, including pricing structures and monetization models for both hardware and software, aligned with multi-year product strategy and business objectives.
- Initiate and drive internal and external marketing initiatives to build compelling value propositions and prioritize feature development based on anticipated market dynamics.
Product Go-to-Market Management:
- Define and deploy end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
- Create and deliver sales enablement materials such as product datasheets, presentations, and training guides to support commercial success.
- Drive joint marketing and co-sales initiatives with OEM customers and strategic partners to maximize market reach and impact.
- Collaborate closely with business development, sales, and customer teams to integrate customer insights and forward-looking strategies into product planning and execution.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, program management, sales, or account management—preferably within the automotive business related.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, program management workflows, and administrative processes supporting product lifecycle execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex product portfolios, developing business cases, and aligning product strategy with market trends and customer needs.
