We are looking for someone with
- 资格要求
- 计算机、统计学、数学或相关领域的研究生及以上学历,具备扎实的NLP和大模型理论基础。
- 对GenAI有相关研究经验或实际项目经验,对大模型预训练、RAG、Prompt工程等有丰富的实践经验和持续研发能力。
- 熟悉OCR,对文本处理、富文本识别和文档信息提取有相关研究或实践经验。
- 熟练使用Python,熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch或其他深度学习框架,有较强的coding能力。
- 熟悉Function Call、MCP协议,对构建Agent有相关的研究或实际项目经验者优先。
- 对多模态大语言模型、语音识别、文本转语音以及数字人等相关技术有研究或实际项目经验者优先。
- 较强的自驱力,优秀的沟通技巧,积极参与团队合作。
